Together, Chris and Donna are key facilitators in the Academy for Leadership Excellence program at Genesis Health System, including the 3-day Leadership Institute, which has been held every spring and every fall for the past 7 years. In addition, Chris and Donna spent four years working with the State of Iowa DOT.
